These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of the Nolda mobile app. By accessing this service we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Nolda if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1 Terminology

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer Notice and all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the user of the Nolda app or website. "We", "Our" and "Us" refers to the developer of Nolda.

2 Guest Use & Accounts

Nolda works without an account — onboarding and your first lesson are available as a guest, with progress stored locally on your device. You may be prompted to sign in with Google after completing your first lesson to enable syncing your progress and restoring your purchase across devices; this prompt is shown once and never if you already have a session.

3 Cookies & Tracking

The Nolda app and this website do not use cookies or third-party analytics/advertising tracking scripts. No visitor or usage data is collected via cookies.

4 License

Unless otherwise stated, Nolda and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material in the Nolda app and on this website, including all lesson content, translations, audio, and design. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access and use this material for your own personal, non-commercial learning use, subject to the restrictions in these terms and conditions.

You must not:

• Republish lesson content or material from Nolda
• Sell, rent or sub-license material from Nolda
• Reproduce, duplicate or copy material from Nolda
• Redistribute content from Nolda

This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.

5 Purchases & Payment

Pricing is set in Google Play Console and may include regional adjustments; the price you pay is fixed at time of purchase and is not affected by later price changes. All purchases are subject to Google Play's own payment terms and refund policy. Once purchased, your lifetime unlock is tied to the Google account you purchased with and is automatically restored on reinstall or on any device signed into that account.

6 Hyperlinking to our Content

The following organizations may link to our Website without prior written approval:

• Government agencies
• Search engines
• News organizations
• Online directory distributors may link to our Website in the same manner as they hyperlink to the Websites of other listed businesses

7 iFrames

Without prior approval and written permission, you may not create frames around our Webpages that alter in any way the visual presentation or appearance of our Website.

8 Content Liability

We shall not be held responsible for any content that appears on your Website. You agree to protect and defend us against all claims that is rising on your Website. No link(s) should appear on any Website that may be interpreted as libelous, obscene or criminal, or which infringes, otherwise violates, or advocates the infringement or other violation of, any third party rights.

9 Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to request that you remove all links or any particular link to our Website. You approve to immediately remove all links to our Website upon request. We also reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and its linking policy at any time. By continuously linking to our Website, you agree to be bound to and follow these linking terms and conditions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to Nolda and the use of this app and website. Nothing in this disclaimer will:

• limit or exclude our or your liability for death or personal injury;
• limit or exclude our or your liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
• limit any of our or your liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or
• exclude any of our or your liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law.

Nolda's free tier is provided free of charge; the lifetime unlock is a one-time purchase billed via Google Play Billing. In either case, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising from use of the Service.
