At Nolda (a mobile app available on Google Play), one of our main priorities is the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains what information Nolda collects and how we use it.

1 Guest Use — No Account Required

You can use Nolda without signing in. Onboarding and your first lesson work as a guest, and all of your progress is stored locally on your device. We only ask you to sign in with Google after you complete your first lesson, and never if you already have a session — this prompt shows once.

2 Personal Data

The Service may collect the following personally identifiable information:

• Email address and name — from Google Sign-In (handled by Supabase Authentication), used to identify your account and sync your progress across devices
• Purchase status — Nolda checks Google Play Billing's own purchase records on your device to confirm your lifetime unlock. Nolda never collects or stores your card details; all payment processing is handled entirely by Google Play

3 App & Progress Data

Nolda is local-first: your streak, lifetime accuracy, lesson progress, and settings are stored on your device in a local database and update instantly as you use the app. This data is synced to our server (Supabase) in the background — on app open and close, not after every action — so your progress isn't lost if you reinstall the app or switch devices, once you've signed in.

Nolda does not run analytics or ad-tracking SDKs, and does not collect browsing behavior, advertising identifiers, or device fingerprinting data.

4 Use of Your Personal Data

Personal Data is used only for:

• Providing and maintaining the Service, including syncing your streak, accuracy, and lesson progress across devices.
• Managing your account: identifying you as a registered user of the Service.
• Confirming your purchase: recognizing your lifetime unlock so it's restored automatically on reinstall or a new device signed into the same Google account.
• Contacting you: replying to support requests or feedback you send us.

Personal information is shared only with these named service providers, and only as needed to run the Service:

• Supabase: provides Google Sign-In and the database used to sync your progress across devices.
• Google Play Billing: processes your one-time purchase and is the source of truth for your lifetime unlock. Google, not Nolda, receives and handles your payment details.
• With your consent: for any other purpose you explicitly agree to.

5 Retention of Your Personal Data

Personal Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes above, or as required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. If you never sign in, your progress stays only on your device and is never sent to us.

You can request deletion of your account and synced data at any time by contacting us at info@codeaddon.com.

6 Transfer of Your Personal Data

Our sync server (Supabase) may be hosted in a country other than your own, meaning your data may be processed outside your state, province, country, or governmental jurisdiction.

Reasonable steps are taken to ensure any data that is transferred is treated securely and in line with this Privacy Policy.

7 Disclosure of Your Personal Data

Personal Data may be disclosed if required to comply with a legal obligation, to protect and defend the rights or property of the developer, to investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service, to protect the safety of users or the public, or to protect against legal liability.

8 Security of Your Personal Data

All data sent to our sync server is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS encryption. While no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, commercially reasonable technical measures are used to protect your Personal Data, and it is never sold.

9 Notifications

Nolda may schedule local reminder notifications directly on your device to help you keep your streak going. These reminders are generated and delivered entirely on-device — no notification content is sent from or triggered by our servers, and no data leaves your device to schedule them.

10 Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.

12 Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.

13 Google API Services User Data Policy

Nolda's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
